ब्राह्मण ने कहा — (आगे) तत्पश्चात्, आत्मा की शान्ति के द्वारा मैंने वह सिद्धि प्राप्त की जो तुम मुझमें देख रहे हो। इस लोक से प्रस्थान के पश्चात् मुझे फिर यहाँ नहीं आना पड़ेगा। निश्चय ही, जब तक मैं सनातन ब्रह्म में लीन न हो जाऊँ, जब तक इस सृष्टि का अन्तिम प्रलय न हो, तब तक मैं उन सुखद फलों को देखता रहूँगा जो मेरे होंगे, और उन समस्त प्राणियों को भी जो इस ब्रह्माण्ड की रचना करते हैं। यह उत्तम सिद्धि प्राप्त करके, इस लोक से विदा होने के पश्चात् मैं आगे बढ़ूँगा।

The Brahmana said, — (continued) Afterwards, through tranquillity of soul, I attained to this success that thou seest. I shall not have to come to this world again (after my departure hence).
