Transliteration
ichchhā-dveṣha-samutthena dvandva-mohena bhārata sarva-bhūtāni sammohaṁ sarge yānti parantapa

हे भारत, हे परन्तप — इच्छा और द्वेष से उत्पन्न द्वन्द्वों के मोह के कारण सभी प्राणी जन्म लेते ही संमोह को प्राप्त हो जाते हैं।
