सञ्जय ने कहा — (आगे) श्वेत पर्वत देवताओं और असुरों का निवास-स्थान कहा जाता है। गन्धर्व सदा निषध पर्वत पर निवास करते हैं, और द्विज ऋषिगण नील पर्वत पर। श्रृङ्गवत् पर्वत भी देवताओं का विहार-स्थान माना जाता है।
English Summary
"Sanjaya said, — (continued) The Sweta mountains are said to be the abode of the celestial and the Aauras. The Gandharvas always reside on Nisha- dhas, and the regenerate Rishis on Nila. The mountains of Sringavat also are regarded as the resort of the celestials.
