वैशम्पायन ने कहा — यह तेरी बुद्धि के नाश के अतिरिक्त और किसका दोष हो सकता है? अपने मित्रों के वचनों की अवहेलना करके तू कभी अपना हित प्राप्त नहीं कर सकता। हे राजन्, जो कार्य तू करने जा रहा है, वह पापमय और निन्दनीय है।
